Icaro have produced these low drag hang gliding wheels are incredibly strong, CNC machine made, and Italian designed and built, they're a piece of art. These wheels have a perfect wide slot for the VG line. For pack up and transport, the wheels quickly come apart with thumb screws, and a small hub stays on the basebar.
A slick pair set of wheels could save you busting a $1000 basebar and an upright on your new topless? wing. These wheel hubs have been originally made for Icaro and Wills WIng base bars, but work well for Moyes and Airborne when packed out a few mm's. This can be done with a ring of rubber, which we provide. Our recent clients using the Moyes speedbar have ran with this suggestion and love their new wheels.
