Warren Windsports are the exclusive Australian Icaro Helmet Importer for the Italian helmet line used for extreme sports and snow sports.  In 2009, Curt and Louise toured the Icaro factory in Italy, seeing the production process and meeting with the factory team. 

All of Icaro 2000's helmet models are designed and made in Italy and certified for airborne sports according to the rigid European Standard. The design quality and airstream performance of Icaro helmets make them perfect for Hang Gliding & Paragliding and other extreme adventure sports.

Besides free-flight helmets, Icaro 2000 are designers and manufacturers of hang gliders, which have been designed and flown by World Champions such as Manfred Ruhmer,
Alex Ploner and Christian Ciech.i

Icaro has been around since the early days of hang gliding:  In 1971, Icaro's founders were the very first hang glider pilots in Europe, and then in 1973 started producing hang gliders under license and support from Moyes in Sydney, Australia.
