Warren Windsports ATC -Advanced Training Clinic

Prices vary depending on the type of Clinic. Most Clinics require a deposit, that is non refundable.
If the weather is not suitable to complete the Clinic on the designated course dates. We will schedule another date for course completion, if the secondary date is not suitable then the price of the uncompleted portion can be refunded.
If due to unforeseen circumstances, you do need to cancel on a Clinic, please notify us at least 4 weeks in advance, and we will provide a full refund. For cancellations within four weeks of the course date course deposits are not refundable. However we may be able to provide a refund if we are able to fill your position.

Student Requirements

When undertaking training with Warren Windsports, students should be aware of their responsibilities.

Be sure to log your Advanced Training Instruction and get it signed by your Instructor. Arrive at lessons on time and prepared to learn and work, be sure to get a good night sleep before.
To every lesson please bring:

• Well maintained equipment
• Food & Water
• Log book
• Current HGFA Membership Card, and hold current local Club Membership

Students also need to keep up to date with course theory, and be sure to ask questions or research if there is a concept that you don't understand. Additionally, pilot attitude is so important for safety, please be prepared to assist other students and Instructors to promote safety during lessons.
All pilots need to familiarise themselves with the local site rules and conditions before they fly, and fly within these rules and conditions at all times.

Accreditation

Warren Windsports is an approved training facility by the Hang Gliding Federation of Australia. Our courses and training clinics provide pilots with HGFA ratings and endorsements. Students must satisfy all requirements of Warren Windsports curriculum and criteria, along with the HGFA requirements. Warren Windsports is committed to providing a high standard of pilot training, we do not guarantee that all students will gain accreditation. However we are very patient with students who are dedicated to flying.
