Shipping and Dispatch

All In-stock orders will ship within one business day. Business days are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Any order placed (with payment cleared) during business hours will ship on the next business day.  Online orders placed after business hours is considered as an order on the following business day.  For example:  An order placed at 4pm on a Monday will ship on Tuesday.  If the order is after 5pm on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday (of course, Warren Windsports would certainly strive to ship it on Tuesday).

If you require an item urgently, please contact us and let us know.  Our staff can then advise if same day shipping can be scheduled.

Items over $50 are shipped via "Registered" Australia Post. In some instances, items such as harnesses and hang gliders may have to be shipped via a courier company.

Warren Windsports offers Free Shipping on most items Australia wide, excluding Harnesses, Hang Glidersand some large items. Enter your shipping address in the Checkout, then click on Calculate Shipping to see the available shipping options and charges.

Harness Shipping within Australia

• Harnesses shipped to NSW, ACT, QLD and Victoria is $150. Shipping to WA, NT, SA and TAS is $250.
• Price includes short packing, box and freight.
• Warren Windsports inspects all items before shipping on to customers.
• The customer is responsible for gear inspection and set-up upon delivery and Warren Windsports advises pilots to have an Instructor or Safety Officer oversee the harness inspection and set up.

Hang Glider Shipping within Australia

• Hang Glider shipped to NSW, ACT, QLD and Victoria is $250. Shipping to WA, NT, SA and TAS is $350.
• Price includes short packing, box and freight.
• Warren Windsports inspects all items before shipping on to customers.
• The customer is responsible for gear inspection and set-up upon delivery and Warren Windsports advises pilots to have an Instructor or Safety Officer oversee the hang glider inspection, set up, and test flight.

• Most items shipped Internationally are $40AUD, plus $10AUD for each additional item.
• Large items, such as helmets, parachutes, & Remora Racks shipped Internationally costs $50AUD, and $20AUD for each additional item.
• Please contact us for quotes on shipping Hang Gliders and Harnesses Internationally. Cocoon Harness are shipped as a Large Item International rate above.
• Gift Vouchers and In-flight DVD's ship free world-wide.

Products Lost or Damaged During Shipping

Warren Windsports take care to ensure that your item is safely packaged for postage.  Australian orders over $50 are shipped via "Registered" Australia Post, which assists with tracking.  All international items have a tracking number.
The item passes into your ownership when we deliver it to the carrier, therefore any risk of loss or damage to the item passes to the customer upon postage. Warren Windsports does not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods during postage, however in the unlikely event that your item is lost, we will do our best to assist with locating the item.

Order Tracking

Items are usually shipped via Registered Australia Post. Once the item has been sent, we will update your account information. An email will also be sent to you to notify you that your order has been shipped.
