Procedure on the day of your flight

Call us between 8-8:30am to check on the latest weather forecast. At this time, we will inform you of the weather outlook for the day and whether flights will go ahead.

If conditions are not suitable for hang gliding we will inform you during this weather check call. In this case, you can email us to reschedule your flight for another day that suits you.

We understand that sometimes issues arise that prevent you from being able to make your booking. If this is the case, please contact us within 48 hours of your booking to make a cancellation. Any late cancellations or no-shows will result in the cancellation of your voucher or pre-paid flight.

Having 48 hours notice will allow us the chance to find another passenger to fill your spot, and give someone else the opportunity to fly.

We are generally available for tandem hang gliding bookings 7 days a week, and fly from 9am to sunset, weather depending.
