Ultimate Freedom

Hang Gliding from the Honeysuckle Launch at Tumut

The Earth drops away.....as  Adult Aerial Entertainer Dave May, of Canberra, launches from Honeysuckle, Tumut, at DAY 1 of the 2010 Easter Fly-in.

He's in his Moyes RS 3.5 Litespeed.

Warren Windsports was also on hand at the gig to offer assistance to hang glider and paraglider pilots looks for coaching with inland soaring.

Stanwell Tops Fly-By

Stanwell Tops Fly-By

One of my favorite things to do when hang gliding at a new site is getting up above launch (which requires skill on some days) and looking back down on the take-off area for the first time. I can visualize myself there just moments ago...

I still share the thrill of our tandem clients as they wave down to their friends and family below, all looking up.

The best way to fly

Flying a Moyes competition hang glider along the Austrailan coast

Flying a hang glider is the closest you can get to feeling like a bird. The weight-shift inputs and smooth sensation of flying (not falling) provides a wonderful sense of control and freedom. It's a healthy addiction that we plan to feed during our lifelong journey of adventures. Hang gliding is by far our favorite form of aviation.

Fresh air FUN

Fun, adventure, and hang gliding with friends

Here's Louise, of Warren Windsports, out of the office and into the hang glider while getting some fresh air and sunshine at Hill 60, just south of Wollongong.
She's happy keeping her feet on the ground, but doing well and having a blast.
